Membership policies

  • Players are requested to check-in to club atleast 5 minutes before playing time


  • All court booking cancellations must be done at least 48hrs prior to the booked time 


  • If cancellation is needed to be made within the 48hr time frame, members must call in to inform club about change. A late cancellation fee may be charged


  • For certain emergencies, players can call in to cancel courts without a penalty


  • For multiple block, recurring booking cancellations – an assessment will be made by club operator - Regular cancelation of a recurring booking may lead to that recurring booking being cancelled. Exceptions can be made, members to leave a note/ notify club of long absences form recurring booking. This way club can open that slot until members returns from vacation/injury recovery/etc.


  • Services include tennis court rental and tennis club membership which entitles members to reduced court rental fees


  • Club return and refund policy: Memberships once sold, cannot be refunded, cannot be transfered to another player and cannot be paused and carried over to another year. Club membership fees are non-refundable. However, if within 10 days of joining, a member changes their mind and wished to cancel their membership, all paid funds will be refunded, minus a CAD 10.00 administrative fee. In the case of injury which prohibits a member form active play, a pro-rated refund will be considered.
