Junior Courses:

First Serve: First serve is the introductory class for new players aged 5-7 years old. The players will learn basic FUNdamentals in a structured, caring atmosphere.

Second Serve: Second serve takes the tennis FUNdamentals to the next step. It is suitable for ages 6-8 who have passed First serve or demonstrated the required skills.

Ace: Ace is the introductory class for the 9-11 age range. This class is suitable for first time players. Players will learn to train, and gain a basic understanding of the rules of tennis.

Game: Game is the next step up from the Ace program. Entry requires successful completion of Ace or demonstration of the required skills. Players will be taught basic tactical themes.

Set: Set is the fundamental level for the age range of 12-16 years old. Players will have lots of fun and learn the basic rules and strategy.

Match: More advanced strategy and techniques await the players at this level, while learning spins and court positioning.

Championship: This is the gateway class to the competitive classes. You will learn how to train like an intense, focused athlete. Please consult with coaching staff prior to registration.

Adult Courses:

Tennis 101: An introductory course geared towards players trying tennis for the first time or those who have had brief experience in the past and our coming back from a break. Players will learn basic technique and the rules of the game. This is a great social atmosphere to meet players of your own ability.

Intermediate: The second stepping stone of our adult program, which allows players to build on their base from tennis 101. Players will learn basic tactics of attack and defense as they further refine their technical skills. Entrance is based on successful completion of Tennis 101 or a more extensive playing background. Meeting and playing with your classmates will be encouraged.

Intermediate 2: The top level of the adult recreation program! We will cover in depth the five game situations. Serving/Returning/Attacking/Defending and Both player back. You will receive the coaching you need to take your game to a more competitive level.

Walk-In Clinics: We will offer two levels of walk-in clinics. Please inquire with our coaching staff as to which clinic is suitable for your game. The walk-in clinics will have themes which will take your game to the next level. We will teach you tactics and techniques that will improve your game while having fun!

Drill Sessions/Cardio Tennis: If a sweat is your major priority, come join us for a high energy/ high octane drill session. You will be moving the entire time while grooving your strokes through repetition. You can count on minimal breaks and maximum fun.
